Indoor/Olimpica

È questa la parte del progetto di attrezzamento del Parco Urbano in cui viene affrontato il tema delle attività sportive e ricreative per le quali l’acqua, intesa come ambiente strutturato, è elemento necessario.
In tale direzione è da intendersi l’impianto nel suo insieme che, a regime e nella stagione estiva, offre un “percorso” acquatico integrato di circa 3.000 metri quadrati articolati in una struttura coperta, con piscina olimpica da 50 metri, ed in un’ampia area scoperta in cui sono inserite due piscine a forma libera, attrezzate per attività ludiche e di intrattenimento.

La struttura che accoglie la vasca olimpica è articolata su più livelli, prevede almeno due vasche per il nuoto al coperto: piscina olimpica e vasca per l’avviamento al nuoto.

All’ingresso oltre alla biglietteria sono inseriti gli uffici e la segreteria direttiva nonché gli uffici delle società sportive. La piscina e le zone a “piedi nudi” occupano una superficie di 3.500 metri quadrati di cui 1.400 destinati all’acqua. Una tribuna per 1.000 spettatori per le occasioni agonistiche e di spettacolo in acqua, alla quale si oppone frontalmente una struttura destinata ad ospitare attività di fitness e benessere, negozi, ristoranti e attività commerciali aperte tutto il giorno di servizio alla piscina.
La struttura che accoglie la piscina olimpica ed annessa vasca per l’avviamento al nuoto, è caratterizzata dal sistema di copertura mobile e dalle grandi superfici vetrate apribili sulla parte esterna che ne garantirà l’utilizzo per l’intero anno.

This is the section of the project that deals with sportive and leisure time activities where water is the essential element.
In any season the centre offers a 3.000 square metre water “course” with an indoor 50 metre Olympic swimming pool and two outdoor free shaped swimming pools fully equipped for leisure time activities.

The structure with the Olympic swimming pool is on different levels including at least two indoor swimming pools: an Olympic swimming pool and a beginners’ swimming pool.

At the entrance there are a ticket booth, some offices ,the administration office and the offices of sports clubs. The swimming pool and the “barefoot” areas have an area of 3.500 square metres where 1.400 are for water.
There is a stand for competions and water shows accomodating 1.000 people and opposite this one there is a structure for fitness and wellness activities, shops and restaurants open during the swimming pool opening hours.
The structure with the Olympic swimming pool and the beginners’ swimming pool has a movable cover and big full length windows that can be opened from the outside so that they can be used all year round.
